The space between conversations

Good leads.
Too many loose ends.

Your team knows how to sell. It’s the coordination around the conversation that keeps piling up.

01 / THE FIRST REPLY

“Did anyone get back to them?”

An inquiry lands in chat. Ownership is unclear. A promising conversation waits while everyone assumes someone else is on it.

02 / THE MEETING

“Does Thursday work?”

Calendars, time zones and another round of messages. Arranging the call takes attention away from preparing for it.

03 / THE FOLLOW-THROUGH

“What did we agree to do?”

The meeting ends. Notes sit in one place, the CRM in another, and the next step gets lost in a busy week.

One conversation. A clear path forward.

From first hello
to the next step.

Start with one repeatable sales workflow. Agree on what Pippa can do, when your team approves, and how completion is checked.

  1. 01

    Capture

Choose one inquiry channel and collect the context your team needs.

  2. 02

    Coordinate

Identify the right owner and propose an available meeting time.

  3. 03

    Approve

Let a person review outbound messages and calendar changes in the initial pilot.

  4. 04

    Verify

Check each agreed action, including a CRM update when it’s in scope.

  5. 05

    Follow through

Keep the next action visible and bring unresolved work back to your team.

Pilot scope is agreed with each team. Channels, CRM connections and approval rules depend on that scope.

Helpful autonomy. Clear boundaries.

Your relationships.
Your rules.

The pilot is designed around a simple principle: understanding a request and having permission to act are two different things.

These are the controls we’ll scope and validate together.

Access with a purpose

Agree on the calendars, business systems and actions Pippa may use. Keep permissions specific to the workflow.

People at the decision points

Start with human review. Define which routine steps may later run automatically and which commitments always need approval.

A record of what happened

Plan an action history that distinguishes requested, approved, completed and failed work, so your team can see what still needs attention.

A way forward when something fails

Validate safe retries and handoffs with context. A partial success should stay visible until the remaining work is resolved.

The details make the difference

Booked doesn’t mean
everything is done.

A meeting is on the calendar, but the CRM update fails. The proposed workflow keeps the booking, retries only the unfinished update, and hands it to a person if it remains unresolved.

A recovery scenario to test in your pilot

Still open

One completed step. One unresolved step.
A clear owner for what happens next.

Let’s build around a real problem

One team.
One workflow.
A useful first pilot.

We’re looking for design partners: B2B sales teams, agencies and service businesses with a recurring gap between an inquiry and a completed next step.

01 / MAP THE WORK

Find the costly loose end.

Walk through how inquiries, bookings and follow-ups happen today. Pick one problem worth solving.

02 / AGREE THE BOUNDARIES

Make the scope concrete.

Define the channel, calendar, integrations, approval rules and success measures before building. Setup, pricing and usage limits are agreed upfront.

03 / RUN & LEARN

Measure completed work.

Evaluate inquiry-to-meeting conversion, workflow completion, human intervention and unresolved errors against your starting point.

Before we talk

A few things
you might ask.

Is Pippa for business available today?

The B2B sales workflow is a design partner pilot proposal, built on Pippa’s existing scheduling assistant. Team approvals, CRM updates and recovery controls will be scoped and validated with pilot partners. This page describes the direction, rather than a finished enterprise product.

Which calendars and CRMs can we use?

Pippa’s current scheduling foundation uses Google Calendar. We’ll assess your CRM during discovery; HubSpot, Salesforce and Microsoft 365 are potential integration requirements, not available integrations promised by this page.

Will the agent contact customers on its own?

The proposed initial pilot requires human approval for outbound messages and calendar changes. Any later automatic actions should have explicit permissions and agreed limits.

How much does a pilot cost?

Pricing is discussed after we understand your workflow. We’ll agree on setup, the pilot period, integration work and messaging or AI usage limits before you commit.

Can we start without replacing our CRM?

That’s the intended approach. Start with one workflow around the tools your team uses. Discovery will confirm what can be connected and what remains a manual handoff.

A little less coordination. A little more momentum.

What’s the next step
your team keeps chasing?
